Driver’s license ID with a selfie of yourself holding up 3 fingers. Your drivers license photos must be unobstructed, with the exception of your license number and first line only of your address, which I do not need (I do need the rest visible inc town, city, DOB, etc.). This can be uploaded into my contact form.
